Winter is back: cold weekend is coming

After weeks of stable and relatively warm weather, this weekend the temperatures will decline significantly. Till Friday the weather stays sunny and warm.

Not only the temperatures will be much lower, there are also different rainfall (and snowfall!) opportunities on the radar. There are some predictions that the freezing-level will be around 500 meters. So that means: welcome back winter!

For now it seems that after this cold weekend the wetter will be stable, sunny and warm again. But this is ofcourse on the long term so we have to wait for more accurate information. For now I wish all the wintersporters beautiful ski days before the 'Easter winter.' Nevertheless: glaciers will be gratefull for some fresh snow :-)
