International train connection from Brussels will stop

Already for 30 years there is a direct train connection between Brussels and Basel. In the beginning this train also passed Zürich. From the 3th of April this train connection will stop definetely.
One of the main factors for this decision is the fact that the travel duration is relatively long. The amount of stops has increased and therefore the line is less attractive. As an alternative there will be a direct train connection to Strassbourg.
